Description
ZEBRA- Zebras are single-hoofed animals that are native to Africa. Zebras are very closely related to horses and donkeys; in fact, they are in the same genus, Equus. The most prominent feature of zebras is the bold patterns on their coats. The pattern of a zebras stripes are different for each individual zebra, making them each as unique as fingerprints. A group of zebras is called‘zeal’. They are generally slower than horses, but their great stamina helps them outrun predators. When chased, a zebra will zigzag from side to side, making it more difficult for the predator to attack. When cornered, the zebra will rear up and kick or bite its attacker.
