LARGE TAXIDERMY ORDERS:
Large items that need to be created are subject to a handling fee, included in the shipping cost to cover packing materials and labor. These items are shipped in custom-built wooden framed boxes and carefully mounted in the box for safe shipping. Please contact us for more info.
Small to medium size mounts may ship by common carriers “FEDEX” or “UPS”. Large amounts or shipments with multiple items are normally shipped in a pallet crate via motor freight, with special requests available such as drop shipments, express service, freight terminal pick-ups, etc.
We require an adult signature for all of our shipments over $75, for security purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order upon delivery. If no one is available, the customer must follow the shipping company’s procedures to recover the package. There will be no merchandise/shipping refunds once the carrier deadline has passed.
