Regulation Resources

All wildlife (imported or domestic) is regulated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. All exports of wildlife require a fish and wildlife permit from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services, (C.I.T.E.S. or not). During the application process, the shipment must remain on hold in a bonded warehouse where it must remain available for fish/wildlife inspections. To learn more regarding U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services or C.I.T.E.S. and their regulations, please visit their websites below.

We ship non-CITES items around the world, including the United States, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, England, the many countries of Europe, as well as Africa, South America.

Buyer is responsible for knowing local/state/country regulations in their area.

For many years, conservationists, scientists and members of U.S. Fish and Wildlife have been working with almost every country to preserve the thousands of species of animals found around the world.

All species are monitored according to their placement in the CITES appendices. There are also a few very important acts in the U.S. Constitution specifically regarding the conservation of African Elephants and the trading of ivory, marine mammals and migratory North American birds.

We at TTFS are proud to follow all rules and regulations regarding the buying, selling and exporting of taxidermy and wildlife items according to U.S. and International law.
