Description
The Blesbok (Damaliscus pygargus phillipsi) is a medium-sized antelope native to South Africa’s open grasslands. It is easily identified by its bright white blaze across the face, dark ringed horns, and reddish-brown coat. Blesbok are primarily grazing animals and are often found in large herds across grassy habitats.
This shoulder mount showcases the natural symmetry of the horns and the high-contrast coloration typical of the species. It makes a compelling addition to educational spaces, wildlife-themed interiors, or natural history displays.
